Refunds will be made using the same payment method.
If the payment was made by Multibanco or MBWay, you will receive, within 48 hours of registering the return, a contact from our services so that the IBAN can be registered for reimbursement by bank transfer.If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When carrying out exchanges and returns, you must ensure the following:
- All items must be in the condition in which you received them, without signs of use, with the original labels and the respective invoice.
- In the case of a return by post, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. We will also not accept shipments with payment to the recipient.
- Exchanges or returns of personalized items will not be accepted according to the consumer's specifications.
