Refund policy

If you have any doubt or you're not satisfied with any Talai item you bought, please email us :info@talai.pt and let us know the reason of your dissatisfaction so we can be aware of the incident and can help you resolve the situation in the best way possible.

Please choose carefully before making your purchase as no refunds will be given on any items for change of mind.

The items have to be returned unused and undamaged, with all labels attached and the original packaging included. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Please notice that we are not liable for lost or delayed packages.

Your returned item must arrive to us no later than 14 days after the date of delivery. We recommend that you return within 5 days from the date of delivery to ensure that it reaches the relevant location within 14 days.

Please note that we will not accept shipments with payment to the recipient and will not be returned shipping charges or return charges.
We will exchange your size or return within 3 to 12 business days, after we have received your order.

Bathing suits should only be tried without removing the hygiene seal. We will not accept returns that have been used or are dirty, or have the hygiene seal removed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
